Cornith is an online retailer offering a curated selection of products. Many items sold on this Site are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners located outside the United States, including in China. Products are shipped directly from these suppliers to the customer (drop-shipping model). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment method and the shipping timeframes described in our Shipping Policy.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of stock from our suppliers. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors; if an error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor.
